Setting Up A Champagne Bar

Are you ready to pop the bubbly this holiday season? Here is an easy way to add a little oomph to entertaining – a champagne bar. All you need is some bubbly, fresh fruit, and liqueurs.

What you need:

Champagne, Prosecco, or Sparkling Wine

Ice Buckets

Fresh fruit: blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, pomegranate seeds, grapefruit, lemon peel, orange peel, cranberries.

Simple syrup or flavored simple syrups like lavender, strawberry, satsuma, lemon, hibiscus (includes flowers that open up in champagne), etc

Fresh basil, mint, lavender, rosemary

Fresh Juices: orange, tangerine, cranberry, pear nectar, blood orange juice

Liqueurs: St. Germain, Chambord

Bar set-up:

Fill ice buckets to keep the champagne chilled.

Use glass pitchers for juices.

Arrange an assortment of glass dishes for the condiments.

Use coupe glasses or champagne flutes – feel free to mix and match.
