Enjoy this sparkling seasonal cocktail with fresh grapefruit and a hint of rosemary.
Rosemary Gin Fizz
1 oz rosemary simple syrup
1 1/2 oz gin
2 oz grapefruit juice
3-4 oz prosecco or champagne
Directions:
Combine rosemary simple syrup, gin, and grapefruit juice in a shaker. Strain into 2 coupe glasses, then top each glass with prosecco or champagne. Garnish with fresh rosemary sprig.
Rosemary Simple Syrup
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup water
3 sprigs rosemary
Directions:
Bring ingredients to a boil over medium high heat until sugar has dissolved (about 3 minutes). Remove from heat and let cool. Discard rosemary sprigs and strain into container. Can store up to 2 months.
